Bob’s practice concentrates on sophisticated estate and trust planning, asset protection and business succession planning, charitable planning and probate. Bob also represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in estate and trust administrations and advises clients on complex income, estate and gift tax matters.  After 30+ years of practice with his prior namesake firm, Bob joined MNJS, where he continues to deliver sophisticated and innovative planning to his clients.
