Practice Emphasis:

Amy concentrates her practice on estate planning and estate and trust administration, with a particular focus on high-net-worth individuals and families.

She advises clients on estate planning and wealth transfer strategies designed to minimize gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer taxes and preserve wealth for future generations. Her planning practice includes the preparation and implementation of wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, premarital and marital property agreements, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.

Amy also advises executors, trustees, and beneficiaries in the administration of estates and trusts, including matters involving fiduciary risk and other challenging administrative issues.

Amy is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
